COVID SOP for Shops

Standard Operating Procedure

1) Temperature check at entrance

2) Hand Sanitized at entrance

3) Customers MUST wear a mask; if they don’t have it, we must provide them a mask.

4) Social distancing (min 6 feet) must be maintained at all times; outside the shop (if customers are waiting for entry), inside the shop and at the time of billing. We must put ‘X’ marks with Red Tape on the Floor at collection points outside and inside the shop.

5) In case the shop is crowded, we must deny further entry to customers until some customers leave, the customers waiting outside in the que must also maintain social distancing.

6) All door handles and frequently touched surfaces must be regularly sanitized.

7) Employees must wear masks and gloves at all times, which are provided by the company and replaced regularly.

8) General hygiene of the shop must be maintained at all times and floor must be cleaned with disinfectants.

9) After a customer has tried a size of any product, immediately offer them a sanitizer to disinfect their hands.

10) Regulary offer Namaz at the prescribed time and each time do a fresh Wuzu since hand washing prevents infection spread. Every employee must have their personal Jainamaz since sharing it can potentially spread the virus. Don’t forget to pray to Allah Taala to eradicate this vicious virus.
